The study on engineering topics attractive to female researches is now available!

It is not a secret that in engineering and also technical research disciplines, there is a vast majority of male employees. What is the situation in ICT? Can we find a difference between different areas in the Central Europe region? Can we give recommendations on how a better gender balance can be achieved in this specific field? This and other questions are the basis for the study, which is one of the ADWICE project deliverables.
